[S803] Frieda (Lawhorn) Tubbs, Tucson, Arizona to Kathy Kult, email, 18 Jun 2008, "[no subject]"; privately held by Kathy Kult, Belvidere, Illinois. Hi Kathy: Thanks for the picture and the report about Grandpaw Lawhorn. I have Mom's old autograph book that she received for Christmas 1907 and all it has about her marriage is: Married April 2, 1908 - Settie Coates & James Lawhorn. Sorry I don't have anything more. You might check around Ashley since they were both born in Ashley and back then people didn't wander too far away from home. I don't know what county Ashley is in. Also, Mary was born in Swanwick so that county might be worth checking. Good Luck, Love, Freida. (Quality Assessment: 2).
