Story about Uncle Jesse as a POW:
He, a Sgt & Lt were scouting - Jesse was a Pvt. The N. Korean's captured them and tortured the Lt. to tell them info. The Sgt. was shot in leg. The third day the American planes bombed the prisoner area and the guards to the prison ran, and Jesse & Lt. grabbed the Sgt. and went back to American lines, and U.Jesse yelled everything he could think of to convince American lines not to shoot at them. The Americans didn't believe them, and almost shot them before they could get back over the line. Uncle Jesse was okay, but terribly shaken, and was sent back [3]
