    • Raymond E. Kult, 69, of Nashville, Ill., born Sept. 25, 1939, in DuBois Township, Washington County, Ill., died at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, at Maryville Manor in Maryville, Ill.
      Raymond worked as a machine operator for many years until his retirement. He was of the Catholic faith.
      He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Clara, nee Deering, Kult; two brothers, Leonard and Jerome Kult; and two sisters, Rose Marie Minton and Joan Niedzwiecki.
      Surviving are his three brothers, Eugene Kult and his wife Janet of Belleville, Ill., Robert Kult and his wife Judy of Granite City, Ill., and Leroy Kult and his wife Dotti of Lexington, Ky.; three sisters, Caroline Jarrell of O'Fallon, Ill., Patricia Hellon of Troy, Ill., and Shirley Holmes and her husband Mark of Glen Carbon, Ill.; and nieces, nephews, other relations and friends.
      Should friends desire mass offerings or memorials can be made to the St. Ann School or the St. Michael Cemetery and will be accepted at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville, Ill. Online expressions of sympathy can be made at www.campagnafuneralhomes.com.

      Funeral: A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Nashville, Ill., with Fr. Andy Knopik officiating. Following the wishes of Raymond, cremation was preformed.
