    • Twin of A. Thomas.
      Almon worked at Quilin ranch as head blacksmith. He also had a blacksmith shop at Fagus, Missouri. While bringing in corn from the field, the front of the wagon gave way, the corn shifted and spooked the horses, and Almon was thrown onto the wagon tongue and was killed.
