[born] 23.04.1842 [emigrated] around 1856 [sic] son of Ignaz Kuolt and Genovefa nee Staller, "who was widely absent and disobedient when recruited in 1856", but to his fortune was hired in a company which manufactured metal fittings on 31.01.1859. Leonhard Kuolt emigrated to North America in 1856 [sic] and married Eva Kobus on 28 Jan 1867 in Ashland, Schuylkill County, [Pennsylvania]. From this marriage, six children followed. Leonhard Kuolt died on 27 Mar 1883 in Warren, Lee County, Iowa. Their children are: Mary, [b.] 13 Mar 1868; Joseph, [b.] 15 Jan 1870; John, [b.] 22 Oct 1871; William [b.] 22 Oct 1874; Leonard [b.] 7 Jul 1878; and Eva [b.] 1 Apr 1881. The Widow Eva Kuolt, nee Kobus, married Michael Kucharski on 18 Aug 1884 in Illinois.. (Reliability: 2).
